Account

Creating an account is simple and takes just a few minutes. Click the "Sign Up" button on our homepage, fill in your personal details including name, email, phone number, and country, then create a secure password. Once registered, you can immediately access your trading dashboard and explore the platform.

We offer five account tiers to suit different trading needs:

  • Bronze ($1,000): Entry-level with standard features
  • Silver ($25,000): Enhanced features and tighter spreads
  • Gold ($100,000): Our most popular tier with dedicated account manager
  • Platinum ($250,000): Premium features with priority support
  • Diamond ($500,000): Elite tier with VIP benefits

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a verification process required by financial regulations to confirm your identity. You'll need to submit a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID) and a proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months). This protects both you and us from fraud and ensures compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Once you submit your verification documents, our team typically reviews them within 24-48 hours during business days. You'll receive an email notification once your account has been verified. If we need additional documentation, we'll contact you directly. You can track your verification status in your account dashboard.

Yes, you can upgrade your account tier at any time by depositing additional funds to meet the next tier's minimum balance requirement. Once your account balance reaches the threshold for the next tier, your account will be automatically upgraded and you'll gain access to enhanced features, tighter spreads, and higher leverage. Contact your account manager for personalized upgrade assistance.

Deposits

We currently accept cryptocurrency deposits in USDT (TRC20 network), USDC (BEP20 network), and BTC (Bitcoin network). These digital currencies provide fast, secure, and low-cost transactions. We're working on adding additional payment methods including Visa/Mastercard in the near future.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by account tier:

  • Bronze: $100 minimum
  • Silver: $500 minimum
  • Gold: $1,000 minimum
  • Platinum: $2,500 minimum
  • Diamond: $5,000 minimum

Cryptocurrency deposits are typically credited to your account within 10-30 minutes after receiving the required network confirmations (usually 6 confirmations for USDT TRC20, 12 for USDC BEP20, and 3 for BTC). Our team monitors incoming transactions and will credit your account as soon as the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

EasyCapitalPath does not charge any fees for deposits. However, please note that blockchain network fees (gas fees) are charged by the respective cryptocurrency networks and are not controlled by us. These fees are deducted from your transfer amount by the network.

If your deposit hasn't been credited after 1 hour, please check the following:

  • Verify the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain using a block explorer
  • Ensure you sent funds to the correct wallet address and network (TRC20 for USDT, BEP20 for USDC, Bitcoin for BTC)
  • Check that the amount meets the minimum deposit requirement

If everything looks correct, contact our support team with your transaction hash (TX ID) and we'll investigate immediately.

Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, log into your trading dashboard and navigate to the Wallet section. Select your preferred withdrawal method (USDT or USDC), enter your wallet address, specify the amount, and submit your request. Make sure to double-check your wallet address as cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by account tier:

  • Bronze: $50 minimum
  • Silver: $100 minimum
  • Gold: $200 minimum
  • Platinum: $500 minimum
  • Diamond: $1,000 minimum

Withdrawal processing times depend on your account tier:

  • Bronze/Silver: Up to 24-48 hours
  • Gold: Up to 24 hours
  • Platinum: Same-day processing
  • Diamond: Priority processing within hours

Once approved, blockchain transactions typically complete within 10-30 minutes.

Withdrawal fees vary by account tier and cryptocurrency network:

  • Bronze/Silver: Standard network fees apply
  • Gold/Platinum: Reduced withdrawal fees
  • Diamond: Free withdrawals (network fees covered)

Exact fee amounts are displayed before you confirm your withdrawal request.

You can cancel a withdrawal request only while it's still in "Pending" status. Once the withdrawal has been approved and submitted to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed. To cancel a pending withdrawal, go to your Wallet section, find the pending request, and click "Cancel". If you need urgent assistance, contact our support team immediately.

EasyCapitalPath offers over 400 trading instruments across multiple asset classes:

Maximum leverage depends on the asset class you are trading:

  • Forex: Up to 1:200
  • Metals & Indices: Up to 1:50
  • Stocks: Up to 1:10
  • Crypto: Up to 1:4

Higher leverage increases both potential profits and risks. We recommend using leverage responsibly and always setting stop-loss orders.

The spread is the difference between the buy (ask) and sell (bid) price of an instrument. It represents the cost of trading and is how brokers earn revenue. Lower spreads mean lower trading costs. Our spreads vary by account tier - Bronze accounts start from 2.5 pips on major forex pairs, while Diamond accounts enjoy spreads as low as 0.5 pips. Check our Accounts page for detailed spread information per tier.

Stop Loss (SL): An order that automatically closes your position at a predetermined price to limit potential losses. For example, if you buy EUR/USD at 1.1000, you might set a stop loss at 1.0950 to cap your maximum loss.

Take Profit (TP): An order that automatically closes your position when it reaches a target profit level. Using the same example, you might set a take profit at 1.1100 to secure your gains automatically.

Both orders are essential risk management tools and can be set when opening a position or added/modified later.

Trading hours vary by instrument type:

  • Forex: 24/5 (Sunday 5:00 PM - Friday 5:00 PM ET)
  • Cryptocurrencies: 24/7
  • Indices: Varies by market (typically follows local exchange hours)
  • Stocks: Follows respective stock exchange hours
  • Commodities: Varies by product (gold trades nearly 24/5)

Platform

We use a proprietary web-based trading platform powered by TradingView charts. Our platform offers professional-grade charting tools, real-time market data, one-click trading, and a user-friendly interface that works directly in your browser. No downloads or installations required - simply log in and start trading from any device with an internet connection.

Our mobile app for iOS and Android is currently in development and will be available soon. In the meantime, our web platform is fully responsive and works seamlessly on mobile browsers. You can access all trading features, manage your account, and monitor your positions directly from your smartphone or tablet.

Our platform features TradingView's advanced charting capabilities including:

  • Multiple chart types (candlestick, line, bar, Heikin Ashi, etc.)
  • 100+ technical indicators (RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, etc.)
